Blog Ideas please. I am going to start my own blog which incorporates fashion, music and entertainment?

I want it to be different from current sites. not really influenced or affiliated with celebitu gossip. I want it to be somewhat positive and also focus on miami because that is where i live. Any ideas?

I would suggest calling it something like:
Miami music
Miami Nightlife
Miami Fun
Focus on Miami

Something along those lines.
Keep it simple with good content and update your blog several times a week,include pictures,etc.
